I won't spoil the ending but let's say NOBODY really won! Cheesy ending!

i didnt get to see it... both are great though... after the rich franklin/ shamrock fight some started to say ken was too old and needs to leave the sport... i say bullshit...

franklin used to do the same amatuer circuit that did when he first started out... he is one of the most humble nice polite people i ever met in the fight game... he's so damn nice that its hard to imagine that he can hand you your ass, lol.

that would be awesome if you could... i hope ken won, but wouldnt be suprized if he lost... sak is great too. :thumbsup:

that did suck tho, i think shamrock is right in being upset... but, on the other hand, if the sport is to continue to gain acceptance and grow in 'mainstream' popularity then things like this are gonna happen so that way the general public doesnt go for the typical knee jerk reaction about hot its 'brutal and barbaric'... its not like it used to be in the early days of u.f.c. i remember seeing dan 'the beast' severn dropping knee after knee right into the face of oleg taktarov, opening him up very badly... blood was pouring out of olegs face as severn continued to drop the knees... nowadays though, you just simply cant allow a fight to continue to that point... but i still think shamrock had all right to be upset with the descision.... again, thanx for the link.. much appreciated. :thumbsup:

Yeah it was cut off pretty quickly shoulda gone on... But if you saw how Shamrock took the punch and then suddenly turned his back and put himself through the ropes it doesn't put him in a good position for the ref...

I think Sakuraba would've won the match if it kept going anyway...
