Hmmm, the fact that it is rarely above 70 degrees and rarely below 50 degrees. Only rains of and on for like 6 weeks of the year year then doesn't rain forever. If I want warmer weather the valley is 15-20 minutes away and it is always about 15 degrees warmer there.

In my experience, I've found you can't really have one, without the other.

Best thing is the warm weather here too. I'm still wearing shorts this afternoon (it's noon here). The coast isn't too far but not too close for the hurricanes. Lots of sh*t to do in the city clubs, restaurants, and whatever I want to do basically. It's a nice area. Only thing that sucks is Houston traffic
