have you ever had a back injury?
 

a couple weeks ago i hurt my back in my car.. i was trying to lift up my ass to take out my wallet.. and it felt like someone stuck a knife in my back. i couldnt walk with pain for 3 days, and couldnt lift anything for a couple weeks.. i still have a little pain sometimes, but it just doest seem to go away. i think i should go to a chiropractor or something, anyone know if they really help?

those are the worst. hurt my back in a car accident and then 2 yrs later, at a job.

back injurys never really "go away", thats the sad part. but i'd recomend going through physical therapy. they do the massages, back excercises to make it stronger, heat therapy, the works.

I severely hurt my back in a car accident when I was in grade 4. Was paralyzed and had to go through intensive therapy and rehabilitation. It was brutal but of course at that age I was just glad I didn't have to go to school for over 3 months. What was the worst was I didn't feel that much pain, I just had no feeling in my legs or back, that was a scare and a half.
