im not really a TRUE dj. i think that calling a stripclub dj a 'dj' is incorrect. i dont know how to mix beats n shit so i dont really consider myself a true dj. all i actually ever did was play cds and talk my ass off on the mic. i feel that they should stop calling being an MC in a stripclub the same as being a DJ. as far as playing other peoples stuff, i think its a good thing. alot of times up n coming rappers or bands would come into the club and ask me if i would play thier stuff. i would listen to it, and as long as it was a descent tune i would play it. i see no problem with it at all. i feel that if you can help someone out then help the mofos' out.
