nope i dont think its to much how much time its take to do it ... around 10 houers... if u count cofe break so its get it like 20 buck/ houer

now guy, try contact all the professional design agency around and try get a 20 $ houer flat rate

btw dont think you guy just pay for a flat rate salary to acheve do great design you need spend alot time in personal work by sell your stuff, you pay for the experience of the designer

anytime i sell something here its about half price that any other industrie pay for it. i not cry over it but its still something true
