How many clicks does it take to test ratio?

TGP gurus how many click does it take before you can count on a ratio

I am testing new sponsors at the moment and I am not sure how long I should test them?

The traffic is medium quality TGP traffic...

5k clicks?
10k clicks?
20k clicks?

One of the program is a exit ad, almost 1.5k clicks that a day how long does it take to see some ratios on shit like this?

The other program is strigtly ads in form of pictures saying, visit my site....
which ratios can be expected from ads like these?

anyone have something wise to tell me?

nobody able to help me on this subject?
