..where you can look up up streets and check what parking regulations they have? i.e. when they're being cleaned, if it's a 2 hour parking zone..

I'd love a site like that. Especially right now.. I can't remember if I left my car on a street with cleaning on Saturdays..

There is in NYC. I don't know about a nationwide site...

Here in Canada each city have their own different set of rules so you'd have to go to each municipal website to see if a such thing exist.
