So last night I am watching tv and the idiot upstairs starts pounding on our ceiling. So my gf gets fed up and chucks a shoe at the ceiling. He comes downstairs and bangs on my door. I open it and he says "You wanna settle this right now? You wanna be hitting the cieling? Come on lets do this" So I step out into the hall as he is in his underwear and his junk is hanging out and I don't want my gf being exposed to this idiot and I say "Dude, you're pounding on the floor every day and I can't stand it anymore" So he pushes me into my door and gets right into my face and says something about loud music. I shoved him away and decked him. SMACK... right in the face. Dude didn't know what hit him. So I walk away,. I don't want a fight, but the coward sucker punches me as hard as he could in the back of my head as I walked away. I just stopped in my tracks, said "oh no you didn't!" turned around, grabbed him and THREW him down the hall and against the wall and kicked his fucking ribs pretty hard and told him "get the fuck upstairs before you're in more trouble than you are now". Fucker gets in my face again and shoves me into a glass door.

That's when I said "that's it, you're a dead man". the look on his face said it all .. it was like an "oh shit" look. I got up in his face, told him he's not too bright shoving around and picking a fight with a man twice his size in weight. I then bitch slapped him and he ran upstairs like a little girl :)

I called the cops on his ass so it's on record that HE caused the shit and not me (so we don't get evicted). When they arrived I realized I mgiht be in shit too for kicking his ass. He was pretty fucked up at this point but when I explained everything that happened the cops just laughed, went up to see him and came back. They said "You won, he's pretty messed up right now with injuries. He won't be back" They then said I did the right thing and left.

hehe. See guys, cops CAN be cool.

I had a cool cop too once.
GF started hitting me, i held her until she got too tired to fight.
Sent her home. She called the cops on me saying i hit her...

Cop's show up, said they talked to her and her story seems farfetched heh

my sister had a beef with her ex..she wasliving with...he wouldnt let her in the aprtment and gave all her clothes away to his sister...scumbag

anyway when she called the cops they were not much help...she is hot though..so after they arrived she got all the help in the world..they went in cleaned the aprtment out withher as the ex watched in disbelief....then he gave her his cell number for when they went to court..as the ex had already sued her and they were going to small claims court...it didint go anywhere..as soon as it started the judge already had the police report..he turned to her ex and said..you must be as thick as molasses..lol

THAT statement could get them in a lot of trouble if the right (edit-or WRONG) person heard it. The police shouldn't be telling anyone that it's okay to take matters into their own hands.

I've heard, "Well, I can tell you what I'D do" and "I can't advise you of the steps that you should take", (both of them with the cops practically winking), but I've never heard the police say it was okay to kick someone's ass.

At best they should have said, "Next time, TRY to call us first." Then pat you on the back or something, again, while winking at you and giggling.

Wow, that would never happen in our city.

Update:: Neighbor is not pounding on floors anymore.....
TOld landlord what happened. he laughed and said "right on ... you got nothing to worry about"
