I am in the market for hosting and this is what I need
 

This isn't a huge account or anything, I know. However, I am looking for something with unlimited (or atleast a lot) domains, that lets me easily add new domains, good stats, allows for atleast 60 gig transfer,has some sort of support that acutally will answer me and can get me set up within a short time of me deciding.

I have Phatservers up in my browser but am willing to hear other offers.

My problem is that I have no knowledge of what is involved in dedicated hosting. So, I don't know what I would need to do on my end that is different than a virtual account.

As it is managed, you will have to do nothing special :) For all intents and purposes, it will have the same feel as a virtual for you, only you aren't sharing resources with anyone.
