Problem w/ adding pictures in Microsoft Word

Does anyone know why when I insert pictures into Word they get really blurry? What's the best way to add pics into a word document if I'm trying make a letterhead w/ a logo on the top?

Insert / picture / "from file" /

command and it'll just post up your pic - :winkwink:
