That student is a moron. If they wanted a sample exam they are everywhere on a college campus. Some professors even keep them on reserve at the library for students to copy and study from. If that student though the prof wouldn't change a stolen exam he's an idiot.

On top of that in many large lecture classes there are often 3 copies of an exam so that people have little chance of copying off of the exam next to them.
