i have heard that submitting your site to google manualy will give you a lower ranking... is this true ?

That used to be the case, but don't know for sure these days. Don't worry, they will find you.

Use the "noindex" meta tag...it gets you listed quicker!

Heh, it's not nice to fuck with people like that, but seriously, if you want to get listed faster you need to get yourself a Google PriorityID. It's very hard to get good positions without it now a days...
