Weird Google PR Problem

I have a domain that has a PR4 if you don't put www before the domain.

It has a PR0 if you do.

Is there a way to fix this?

301 one or the other to whichever version you prefer. It'll even out.

have people link to www.domain.com instead of domain.com

Hmmmm this only happens to that 1 standalone article site. My other sites which are blogs went from 0 to 4 (with www). Weird--time to check backlinks and try that 301 redir. Thanks, guys!

www is a subdomain if you didn't know that. You have that so called canonical urls problem, just do a g search about it.
