That was funny.. On a serious note, no, I'm not. Everything worked untill approx 2 days ago and now I can't access anything on NatNet including:

www.shemp.com
www.statsremote.com
www.platinumbucks.com
www.natnet.com
www.national-net.com
www.just (some board i cant mention) me.com
www.natnetdrm.com
www.cumoncandi.com

etc etc

Can you possibly hit me up on icq? I'd appreciate if you could pass some info to support at natnet. This might be affecting more people..

Thanks

sucks to be you :(

Got a reply from nat-net, seems to be some issue somewhere in europe. They made some adjustments within 1 min of reading my email and it's working now.

I will get my next box at nat-net.. Fastest damn tech support I have ever seen!!!

Tat2Jr 10-19-2005 09:11 PM

I can get to those sites, and my own.

Here's their phone number since you can't get it.

They are TOP NOTCH. Been with them since they started back in the 90's, and LOVE their tech. I've never had a complaint (that wasn't fixed in minutes).

Hello spacemonk,

I've had my Sr. Network Engineer do some cursory inspections, and we've found that there is an isolated routing issue with the network one or two hops away from you. I can't tell you exactly which ISP it is as we can only diagnose from us to you...we can't diagnose from you to us.

I've instructed my engineer to dig a bit deeper to see if there's anything we can do to assist you.

Thanks

Bill

Let me see if I understand this correctly.... This guy is not a Nat Net customer, yet National Net was able to fix his problem.

That's damn impressive. National Net is clearly top notch.

Well as a loyal client I am not suprised. They are always on the ball and handle all our sites without issue.

I must agree. I host there and their tech support is AMAZING. For a non-sys admin like myself they have helped countless times with FAST AS HELL responses.

Nat Net support = :thumbsup

Nice work Bill!

One word "BGP" great customer service though. :winkwink:

KittyLix 10-20-2005 12:01 AM

It is an issue with your router. Unplug it for five minutes. Plug it back in. You will have access again.

We DO run BGP4. This was NOT what the issue was about, but thank you very much for your wonderful suggestion.

Thanks for the kind words from all the other true supporters :thumbsup
