Usually when I ask shit from my CMS guys I get embarassed afterwards because I know I *SHOULD* pay extra, but they never ask or mention it.

I think it's up to the person being supported to say that the support rocks, not the company owner?

Mansion has the best support! I have never waited more then 15 minutes on an email, they are constantly answering my questions and doing things for me that are above and beyond the call of duty!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company ... especially Oystein and Veliko!
