Supposed to come straight through the yucatan peninsula and turn right into west florida jsut south of tampa (250 miles south).

It certainly has been an interesting hurricane season.

unfortunately Dude, it looks like Miami is going to be right there on the "dirty" side at about a Cat 3.... :-(

Why can't the damn thing come during the week, so that I have an excuse to close my office and chill out for a day or two...

NOOOOOOO.... It has to come on Saturday, and screw up boating for the weekend.

As a South Floridian I am just hoping it gets up to the north a bit further to keep us safe. We are going to be on the strong side of it, so I wouldn't mind it drifting up towards Tampa or the Panhandle. No offense to the people up there, just lookin out. Models seem to be moving it west and north, just hope it holds true.

i think we should throw one. call up roger v, all the loose girls, (and for the ladies, the guys), in tampa and rock out with our socks out. i been through a hurricane before. being somewhere safe is smart, but having a party is alot of fun.

Living here in Tampa I'm use the the Hurricanes, I highly doubt it if this one will hit us.

were supposed to be in Key West on Monday....

Im feeling confident it will move south of tampa....
but getting gas along I-75, heading down to the keys might be a problem, come monday.

Ought to be interesting how this entire next week pans out.
