Peaches 10-19-2005 10:32 AM

Depends on the person

WebairGerard 10-19-2005 10:39 AM

Sure. Many parents do. If you are a pet owner (a kind one) your pet I am sure unconditionally loves you.

Thats a very generalized statement. I think our definition of unconditional differs.

un·con·di·tion·al (hahaha365;n'khahaha601;n-dhahaha301;sh'hahaha601;-nhahaha601;l) pronunciation

Without conditions or limitations;

What yours?

Unconditional love is a funny thing. Parents generally love their children unconditionally, unless some sort of mental imbalance precludes it.

For adults to love another adult unconditionally, it usually takes a mental imbalance to cause it.

adultchica 10-19-2005 10:59 AM

I unconditionally love my family, and that includes my husband. I must REALLY love him he was unemployed for over 6 months (not by choice, of course) and he's been broke as hell. He layed around on the couch and pouted for the whole 6 months. ThanK God he finally got a job yesterday. But I will stick by him, broke or rich. He's a good guy.

Antonio 10-19-2005 11:02 AM

I love my penis unconditionally

Drake 10-19-2005 12:00 PM

I don't think so

CybermedAndy 10-19-2005 12:01 PM

Right now I would say no.

Might feel differently once I have kids though

EroticySteve 10-19-2005 12:08 PM

I don't really think that unconditional love exists. I think that under some conditions a parent will not love their child, making unconditional love a mere theory and not a rule of any type.

uvort 10-19-2005 12:12 PM

Hmm.. nope.

That was classic! I'm writing that one down. :thumbsup

sweetME 10-19-2005 01:04 PM

Yes...my love for my parents is unconditional. And I'm sure their love for me is the same...unconditional.

I have unconditional love for all of my family and friends -- whether they piss me off or do things with their lives that I disagree with, I still love them. The key to unconditional love is that you don't need people to behave in a certain way for it to exist. I daresay that unconditional love is the ONLY KIND OF LOVE, because if you can turn it on and off like a tap, it was just affection!

This may sound cold but I think you'll agree...I told my spouse, my children are my flesh and blood and I WILL love them unconditionally...you on the other hand I'm just married too. You can love a spouse or be in love with them but it's not the same as Unconditional Love.

Unless they're your children or your parents then No I don't think that there is unconditional love.

Agnosticism 10-19-2005 02:11 PM

I unconditionally love my cat and would destroy worlds for her and wipe out races

pornpf69 10-19-2005 02:16 PM

Jennyfer 10-19-2005 02:33 PM

Yes, most of parents love their sons unconditionally.

Anna_Miller 10-19-2005 02:34 PM

I unconditionally love my dog. Does that count?

Babesex 10-19-2005 02:34 PM

Agreed, there is definately unconditional love between parents and children.

Babagirls 10-19-2005 02:36 PM

not between 2 humans, i dont think so. i think humans and they're pets can have that though. dogs are known to be the most loyal pet.

Of course, but have you also thought of your dog's unconditional love towards you? Dogs as pet are capable of showing unconditional love and loyalty to their masters .

napoleon 10-19-2005 09:31 PM

Definitely a yes to me...

True love should be unconditional..

I agree with Peaches and second the caveat - "most". I do love my child unconditionally. And he's the only person on the planet.

I think most people feel the same way and are understanding of the fact.

I love dogs, but come on... that is ridiculous. Dogs are only loyal til their next owner comes along.
