Looking for pre made PSD's so I can see how and what they did.....

Im looking for a site that has pre made psd's so i can see how and what they did. This seems to be the best way for me to learn to photoshop tricks.

I would love a site that has premade psd's like annoucements, ads, birthday wishes, and festival type psd's so I can see the basic layout and add or remove whatever I want.

I have no creativty starting out but once I see something im really good at building from it.

Is this a pipe dream? is this wrong or a common practice?

IMHO you would be better off attacking some tutorial sites. Most designers flatten the layer styles in their .psd's to lower file size and to protect their secrets. Well...I do at least :1orglaugh

But a lot of the tutorial sites will provide the unflattened .psd's of whatever it is they're teaching.

Alternatively, you could buy some templates from template Monster and see how they put a page together, but again, their layer styles will likely be flattened.

yes GFX is right.. for me just copy any kind of logos and some adds etc.. start with simple and look at it and ask your self what are the styles or effect they put on it?, how they do it? and tip is by layer by layer per object.. get dude. hope you got it :)

No problem...for a really good looking creative, use LOTS of layers...don't be afraid to try stuff and never feel forced to accept the Photoshop defaults when adding layer styles to stuff :thumbsup
