Damn it! Ok I am almost certain now this is a NATS issue.
 

I am back to collecting more promo content for my new network I am building. At first I just felt it was on odd coincidence, but again today its the same thing but only with nats sponsors. When your in the Ad tool area and in the content section. When you right click and save target as it appears to limit you to one download at a damn time.

IE is already tweaked to allow a shit load more than just two downloads at once.
And again this only happens when grabbing sets from NATS affiliate areas.

We use 'NATS'

signup and send me an email. I'll reply with all you linking codes for both pay per signup and recurring partnership. I will also send a zip file with all the hottest banners to go along with.

tell the sponsor you want all links and banners sent to you.

NATS works well. I will tell Boris about this feature for future NATS versions..
