tracert question - verio problems?
 

Okay, here's the situation, some of my surfers seem to be having periodic problems connecting to my site.. The first try doesn't work, the second try does... This is what a traceroute from my location says...

Those timeouts on hop 12 are BAD right?? Is there any possible way that they could NOT be a problem???
Verio is saying they can't find any issue with it...

I can't even get to your site from here on time warner.

that's what people are telling me.. and then they try again, and it magically works...

i've been having the same type of problems...
