Less than 10% of the contracts are being given to Louisiana firms. And those friends of FEMA that are getting the contracts are advertising for help in Hispanic newspapers in Atlanta, Los Angeles and Miami.

They showed the tent cities already being set up and occupied by the workers. Not a black worker to be seen.

But, as Barbie Bush said, they are better off elsewhere.
