Most remakes suck...including this one. It had all the typical and predictable horror cliches from start to finish. I was bruised by the end of it from the wife kickin' me to stay awake :1orglaugh

The original with James Brolin, Margot Kidder & Rod Steiger was FAR superior :2 cents:

Definitely, the old one looks a whole lot better when compared to its sequel.
