I thought Epassporte didn't let you go in the negative? That doesn't make any sense to be -700??? Because if you have 80$ than you can't spend more than 80$ with them. I'm sorry someone got in your acct. Let us know if they resolve it

Well looks like the place where you took out the money first placed a pending charge and then deducted the amount.
It happens to me too when I use it at one specific place.
Look in your account one of the transactions is probably a pending charge. This will be dropped within 30 days and your account will have the amount credited.
But you might want to contact ePassporte on how to get them to drop the pending charge. It sucks having a negative balance of $700+.

If this is the case its not ePassportes fault but the place where you withdrew money's fault.

i should call them in 45 minutes they have server problems right now or something.

i had a little problem today with epass; i purchased something and that book store charged my card twice. (one transaction was pending and the other one was cleared). I called them and I spoke with Alvin he fixed my account in 2 mins after he confirmed that the pending charge was dropped.

Epass having a negative charge sounds really weird... i dont think this could ever happen. Try contacting Shaliza from Epassporte, she is mostly on yahoo, she might assist u man.
