Ever since I quit smoking, my nose wont stop running...
 

What gives? My nose has been stuffed for like 2 months now... every morning when I wake up it is so fucking stuffed, then about 3 hrs later its cool... This is every day... Only started happening a week after I quit smoking....

What can I do to stop it? Anyone else have this happen?

i have to quit. again.

i stopped for 4 years but caved in last month due to overwhelming stress and simply not giving shit, and the fact that i work with a bunch of people who smoke, so i said 'fuck it'.

dumb choice.


im gonna get me sum patches this week. Im starting to reassociate smoking with everything..

after coffee.
after sex.
when i wake up.
beforei go to bed.
when i close a fat deal.
when i lose a fat deal.

Maybe that's just part of a withrawal syndrome.

It's very courageous of you to quit smoking, thats something you should be proud of. The runny nose must be psychological. If it really doesn't stop, go to your doctor.

I quit smoking couple weeks ago and I have to say I haven't had that problem..if anything it's been the opposite.

Your body is ridding itself of all the toxic shit smoking puts in it. You're gonna cough and spew for months but it's all worth it in the end.

Congrats on quitting smoking.... atleast the running nose will not have a negative effect on your body!

Just be proud of yourself, there's a lot of people who couldn't just quit smoking. I don't you but im proud of you! keep it up!

That is just an initial effect because you already stopped inhaling bad smoke in your lungs. I would suggest that you need to do some sweating like going to the gym or jogging in the morning to keep your body in total shape.
