This just seems wrong to me
 

Juan Robles Gutierrez, the driver of the bus that caught fire while transporting nursing home residents away from the path of Hurricane Rita, was charged Monday with criminally negligent homicide in the deaths of 23 passengers. He didn't make the bus catch on fire. I think this is taking things too far.

Can't do anything with that. I just feel sorry for that man. Yes, accidents happen, especially on that chaotic situation.

There aren't accidents in America anymore.... haven't been since the 80's. Someone is going to be sued or go to jail.... That's the American way of life. :(
