i went to the bronx zoo the other day (PICS)
 

i havent been to the zoo since i was like 9 or 10 years old. so i decided it was time to check it out again and it was amazing. the bronx zoo isnt one of those fancy zoos with wild exhibits but there were some very cool animals.

eventhough there was glass between us, having a tiger 1 foot away from your face is still scary

Is Bronx the famous one or is it Brooklyn?

The Brookfield Zoo in Chicago is awesome, as is the one in Denver. I'm really not too fond of the San Diego Zoo.

a zoo monkey bit my finger when I was a kid, tried to touch his nose, he thought that I was giving him something to eat obviously

don't know why there wasn't any glass around the cage, may be because it was a small monkey and not a grilla

dudeeeeee that was awesome, but you also have to check out the tiger mountain and the trolly thingy that takes you by the rhinos and elephants

fuck i haven't went since i was a kid, my wife wants to go bad, i'll have to bring a garbage bag full of anti histamines and crap, so fucking allergic to the animals.

They took away our zoo because of those pot smoking hippy tree huggers :mad:

the monorail? yeah, you pay like $4 more and its a 7 minute ride where you see the rhinos and elephants

So let's do it :) It's open weekends only until the end of Oct then that's it for the year.

coool. ive been going every year for the past 5 years with my daughter and her moms, i take the same pic of her and her moms in one of the train cars on the bengal express or whatever the fuck its called... its cool cuz you can see how much shes grown and shit, but unfortunately we havent made it it out to the zoo to take this years pic yet, lol. I gottta call them up and see when they close that shit down. Its gettting fuckin cold.
