How does buying web content work post 2257?
 

Could someone explain to me how purchasing content works post 2257? How are content producers staying compliant? Do they send model information in paper format via snail mail or are people doing like, say, Excel files? Are people who aren't signed up with the FSC complying with the new regulations to begin with?
