Anyone else have sites that are down on phatservers?

Yes, I do too.

Were down for about 30 mins but popped back up just now.

why dont you guys get a known server like just go with godaddys its more money but no downtime

IT wasn't an overall problem. It was ONE virtual host server having some issues wich does happen.

Guys, we make ourselves pretty available. I can give you 3 different methods of contacting us whenever problems arise. We don't search GFY looking for threads by our clients who may be having problems, that is what email is for.

Down times happen. I have accounts with a bunch of hosts and I trust phatservers the most.

try using NetCraft.Net to monitor your site's uptime...

I wasn't asking for Support Ryan. If I was actually worried I would have contacted someone. Your support replies within 32 seconds most of the time but I thought I would ask on GFY if anyone was having issues ALSO so I could decide if I wanted to waste your guys' time with an email.

Since it came up no more than 5 mins after I opened the thread I elected not to bother contacting anyone.

You guys rock, always have. I love you as a host.

That's hardly a reliable way to monitor your site's uptime. They don't ping your site every second of every hour of every day.

All I gotta say is that I just transferred my entire dedicated server from a shitty hosting company (emegaweb) over to phatservers.

Phatservers transferred ALL of my files and got ALL of my scripts and systems up and running for me. I really could not have done it without them.

Seriously, I'm happy. They take care of everything, answer my emails faster than I send them and its only costing me an extra $30 more than what I was paying for ZERO support on an un managed server.

The bright red backgrounds of these message boxes have drained all the power from most of the internet. Everything should be back up by next Monday.

Thanks for clarifying Brad. I already had 2 people contact me in the last hour now asking why we were down " 'cause they read it on GFY". These 2 people were not down as they were on dedicated servers and it was one Virtual host server that had an issue that we promptly fixed.
Threads like this cause more damage then do good as you can see.

Again thanks for clearing this up.
