Does anyone use a-conman for members section content?

Need help setting this damn thing up for a friend of mine, any help is greatly appreciated.

Getting the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare pg_fetch_row() in /..../conman/php.incs/pg2ezsql.php on line 7
