How to get a TAX ID? FIll out a form on the IRS website and it spits one right out for you instantly. Easy. Go do it. Setup a corporation? Check your state secretary of state website. Costs between $25 and $1000

  1. Ficticious name. County clerks office.
  2. News paper to file name announcement.
  3. State board of equalization to get a resale number.
  4. Bank, bring copy of your fic. name to open business account.
  5. Call IRS to get a tax id number if you think you will need one. Sole props often do not.

I just started a grocery shopper and delivery company.
It is rough at first and you end up spending tons of money on advertising.
If you live in a very social community...you will need to get with the chamber of commerce and possibly a local economic development agency. We have LEDA here which is the louisiana economic development agency and they are helping me network with other business people which will in turn get major exposure.
My company has been open for 2 weeks and im doing internet advertising with the local newspaper online and then I have a website plus the regular local paper.
www.servallonline.com
once you are completely exposed its all up to u to have good business ethics and have great products and service to back up your dreams and hopes.
i do have to say that it is very rough
im currently looking for investors in my area seeing that i started this company with zero.....but it gets a lil better day by day.

hope that lil tidbit helped
:thumbsup
