Umm when did anyone ever need anyone elses permission to take photos of someone in public?
Then also if the upskirt was in plain sight anyways and Baddog did not use a spycam or hold the camera up under her skirt without her knowing then again how would this also require permission?
If someone sits in a certain way, bends over, walks up a stair case, or whatever and stuff becomes visable to the eye in public it is fair game.
