why do sponsors here allow non webmasters into contests?
 

isnt the point of a contest to produce new webmasters?

i mean, if you want to give a surfer an xbox just hand them out on the street, dont start contests here.

its amazing, go look through all the gfy contests.. the majority of posters in the contests threads have under 300 posts, and have been here a total of a flys life time.

amazing are the russians and lithuanians who appear out of no where for a gfy contest. i think there must be a russian bb somewhere that announces them.

The best way to filter is to not allow contests, or B to force every poster trying to win to post an affiliate account with at least X hits or X sales in it.

But that wouldn't get it permanent front page position now would it?

I don't know for others, but I would prefer if sponsors spend their money improving their sites than handing out prizes....
