Are there any "REAL" webmaster here?
 

I know there are a lot of lazy people here who don't know how to design or build their own shit so they expect all the free shit from the affiliate programs...BUT......Are you a "REAL" webmaster who actually has some skills and traffic or has GFY gone to total shit with all the surfers?

There are a couple of great shooters here (Dean Capture) but most of us are just hacks with a camera and a few lights.

We do all of our own work. Graphics, design, and poor typing skills.

im no design expert but i do alot of my own designs, banners, logos & whatnot.

my biggest WMs for rage never ask me for anything. they collect checks and know this internet game like the back of their hand. the only thing i have to do is activate their accounts, give them a PW to get whatever content the wnt from the MA and watch the traffic come in. i've noticed the bigger the WM in slaes volume, the least they ask for. the affils that take up most of you time are the ones that do a sale every other day or so.

I never use content, at all (Only screenshots from the actual paysite). All the paysites now have movie previews. The surfers don't need more than that to get an idea before joining.

traffic is something i wish i had more of these days but i do everything myself. the only thing i use from affiliate areas is the free content and linking codes.

You are sadly mistaken. Yes, there are some but not very many.

sounds like me...but i'm working on the traffic part. more importantly i'm working on getting relivant and retentive traffic.

Shit.... I have to do it all... Design, shoot, edit, market, update, and of course suckle on affiliates balls......

My fucking clone still hasn't arrived yet.... I think I'm gonna have to do a charge back. 6-8 weeks delivery my ass! I ordered that clone a year ago.

I shoot content, and oversee the entire production the program. I can do design, but prefer the look of a designer. I could html, but prefer programming from my programmer. I can market, but rely mainly on my marketing staff and affiliates.

looking for a good webmaster that can deliver JOINS and Retain them on GFY.. the name says it all.. you should try hahahahahahahahaha or something more target to whales ;-) not newbees..

if you have the time to grow a newbie into a whale and you have one that will listen.. then you may have your own army 1-day.. ;

most real webmasters dont spend thier days posting on the boards most of the people i do biz with have post counts under 1k if they even post.

I don't design, but I am much more than a pretty face. I'm a webmaster with a few clicks to throw around.

I can design, code, shoot, process video, unix server admin, work multi traffic sources, run the business, etc..

I can't code in VB or C and I don't know anything about flash anymore..

We (wifey and I) designed all four of our sites...three of which we create all the original content for ourselves.

Guess that'd qualify us as "real", yeppa.
