When you do netstat -a
 

What is it supposed to look like?

I get all these weird connections. And it shows stuff like adultfriendfinder??

it shows incoming and OUTGOING connections

Well duh, i know that.

So err... close all your browsers, messengers, email clients, etc, and see if still get all the wierd stuff. then check for adware on your system :)

just remember that a program some programs, like statsremote for example can have ~+20 connections open.
So its very hard to know if there is something that shouldn't be there...
