Guys do you get a 500 error message on Ibill server when clicking a link with a RevSharer code? I get the error sometimes, but not every time and i think it's Ibill, not me. It stops at Ibill server with 500 error message and does not even get to the promo site. Check your links for it, or you can click mine to test it. Let me know what you get, thanks.

I didn't get a 500 on that particular link right now, but I sometimes get them too on some (or all?) of my revshare links too.

I'm 99% sure it's Ibill. Suprising, huh :mad:

Maybe the Ibill rep on the board can do something about it because I wrote an e-mail to them about 2 weeks ago and it's still not fixed. I'm sure more webmasters get's the same error. Looks like they need more complains to fix anything.

Finally somebody is talking. Cathy can't wait for your info and please let us know how soon can you fix it - in other words should we be looking for another cc processor or can you fix this quick and save your ass one more time.

It's unbelievable that Ibill's servers are not ready to receive the traffic on the very basic function like this and yet they offer the RevShare program to the webmasters.

Errr... Who is still sending traffic to IBill? How many months has it been...? and rebills still haven't been credited!

Gang, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The 500 error code RevSharers were receiving was a server issue. This server has been moved offline-the problem should be fixed. Please let me know if you are still having issues.

Regarding the rebiller, all rebills should be up to date. If you still have rebills in question, please send me your master account number and any other details you have. I can be reached at [email protected]
