House is in Idaho Springs, CO. but i grew up in Hawaii.

I love Colorado..I used to spend summers in a tiny tourist town called Westcliffe. Ever heard of it?
One of my fave places. Love Ouray too and the hot springs. Colorado rules.

Yea, a house is expensive... just everything adds up. I was paying mortgage on 2 properties for a few mths cause I bought another house (new build) but ended up selling it.

Regarding the tax break... there's a few people who want to eliminate the mortgage ded on homes 350+.

Buying the house is the EASY part!

Maintaining and updating/landscaping are the rough parts.

Trust me!..... in a few years you'll understand what I'm talking about, but as you know, Renting Sucks! and the best investment I've made is the purchase of my house!
