Splitting the us net from the rest of the world
Me and Mike South are chatting about it how hard would that be for them to do?
|
I say damn near, if not impossible.
|
Next to impossible.
. |
The world "as we know it" would collapse.
Think about it on a small scale for a sec: Shipping Banking Airlines . |
I think its like fleas fighting over who owns the coon dog....
since the government doesnt control the ISPs and even if they did how are they gonna block the US from the rest of the world and the rest of the world from the US I say it cant be done |

So now George Bush can't even call Tony Blair. Even basic phone communication will be gone.
. |
Satellite communications will be destroyed.
BBC CNN NASA NOAA Military Intellegence . |
not even close to impossible.
suppouse europe decides to control its own 'internets' and US its own. for the end user things will be transparent as usual expect that providers could hit you with higher cost for going to overseas sites. goverments could easily establish license fees for connecting to their segments of internet., theres a milion ways of doing it. internet will stay conncted but internetional 'browsing' could be at the extra cost to providers and of course to end users. pay by minute or per bandwidth. if rest of the world will take its own control im sure US will start charging for those users trying to assecc US sites. its a simple pay-toll scheme that being used everythere - transportation, shipping, telecommunications. |

Next thing y'know someone will be blasting Hank Williams Sr. and roundin' up the boys to go on a night ride or something :) This talk of turning over territories on the net is just gangster shit for the government controlled porn sites and affiliate programs. They have to try to control the political viewpoints and info that is all over the web exposing them for the crooks they are. China tries to control their internet access but soon it will be impossible. Too many Chinese dollars to be had and guys like us will bypass and re-route and subroutine til the cows come home. See? MikeSouth has me doin' it too! There'll be more ways to access the web than there's whiskers on a Mississipi catfish. Dadgummit! D'OH! |

Too much, too much money and communication and security are being transferred over the web. We Americans are the ones making most of the money which we generously give whenever some asswipe disaster hits foreign countries. If we run out of money or it gets disturbed, EVERYONE goes broke. Gas prices went up, bankruptcies for people making over $45k annum for fam of 4 and more disasters on the way have fucked up sales of big ticket items. They only wanna block and chop up the web to isolate disgruntled citizens and commit crimes. I for one would NEVER again purchase anything that had overseas bank processing of cc's. Their laws are too lax. I would never use the web to accesss accounts either. Watch, they'll try this shit and fuck up the world's economy and us Yanks will benefit the most as people will only trade here. |

It would be impossible to split the web. The world would collapse. Maybe not 20 years ago, but here in 2005, yup. China-ban is a joke. I still move over 200/k of them per day. One sponsor told me today; "Looks like we need to swap IPs again". :1orglaugh . |

As long as 'the people' can communicate, the bad guys have their days numbered. |
