Grand Jury, Rove, Bush & what's gonna happen
 

So Carl Rove, the mastermind behind the Bush Presidential campaigns has testified for the fourth time in front of the Grand Jury regarding the leaking of a CIA agent's name.

If they indict him it's going to be a major story, or is this just a Democrat controlled revenge squad?

Was announced a little bit ago that Rove is now not a target.

Ja, I saw that, BUT they could be throwing him a curve ball to make him relaxe before they drop the hammer.

It might also be a trick to make anyone who 'might' be guilty to think Rove sold them out to get the heat off his trail.

Bottom line is is this whole thing a democrat scam?

"Attack of the Mushroom People"? It's a japanese thriller that has an ending that will make you jump straight out of your skin. It came out in the 60s and is in black and white.

News update says the Grand Jury didn't tell Rove if he was a target or not.

Things keep changing and Washington is on edge.

For us old farts who remember when Watergate happened it was a itty bitty story about a break in. Then things snowballed and Nixon resigned.

Worse case is they indict all the top White House brass including the President.

More than likely they'll nibble at the ones they have and hope one of em' spills the beans. None of them suit and tie boys can handle jail time.

It may also open the door to a look at what Rove does and the workings of the administration as well as it's supporters and attackers.

Worth keeping an eye on this story.

Did anyone catch that Rove special on I believe the show was Frontline on PBS.
Very Interesting, they started way back in the beginning of his career.

The president will not be implicated. They've learned to keep the top brass out of these decisions from Nixon. Reagan managed to stay out of most of the limelight from Iran-Contra. I'd imagine the president doesn't ask how things will happen and insists upon not being told. Plausable deniability is a beautiful thing for them. All they need say is "get it done".

Worst case scenario? I'd say that would be the best case if everyone caught it from the top down. It's times like this that I almost miss independant prosecutors like Ken Starr. I never thought I'd say that, but crimes beyond what a president does with his own dick should probably be investigated. Blowjob? Who gives a fuck? Outing a covert CIA agent for political retribution? That is near treasonous.

Rove however is his campaign guru. What if Rove broke the law somewhere and the rumors of voter improprieties comes to light? Bush has the lowest approval rating in American history as of late. That's fucking scary. That means the majority of Americans are unsatisfied with him. That's unprecedented.

There are some skeletons in the closet and this investigation is gonna bring some out. Clinton was no saint by a long shot. Former FBI Director Louis Freeh's new book just tears Clinton's administration apart for being a bunch of southern gangsters. Bush's people are no different. Where Reagan was a stand up guy, he was surrounded by crooks. They almost brought him down. Bush on the other hand has some scary things coming to light about his character. Word is he's bi-sexual or gay and it's from some sort of fraternity thing and major male prostitution ring.

What we're witnessing is the power of the web. Whistleblowers are coming out of the woodwork and no one can stop them. If they bring just one, just one of these alleged male prostitutes to the floor it will destroy the Republican and Democratic parties for what they are.

We're about to see what many of us know already, this planet is a pimp's paradise.

Hah, they had a male prostitute in the Press Room. Isn't the secret service supposed to give whoever gets in the white house the twice over? I never even heard about an investigation coming out of that.

Well the shit is coming down to the wire! After 2 years of investigation, more shit is coming out and the White House is nervous.

If they do indict senior White House officials and the heat goes up a knotch then BAM, watch a series of terrorist alerts or Bin Laden getting captured or some Iran nuclear shit to happen to take the public's attention off it. The Pres can then call a state of emergency/National Security or even Bird Flu shit.

It's gonna be an exciting week or two ahead for sure!
