trillian message problems

anyone else got this using trillian? when peeps send me messages when im on 'n/a' or offline or w/e, i miss 90% of these messages like they never sent me one... wtf is this shit? Can you recommend another mass messenger that doesnt got this problem?

i only had problems with msn over trillian, i now use trillian just for icq
