Well I know of one but it's directly tied into their merchant accounts so I doubt thats helpful unless you need a second one lol

We've already got the merchant account - we just gateway processing from a REPUTABLE, well-known company.

Mmmmm, no such thing as "offshore" (in the true sense) and being in Europe at the same time.

If you simply want a "reputable" payment processor in Europe, - try some of the banks. A number have their own gateways and without the need of any "NetBilling's" or similar. Try RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) tho there are several in the UK and in Europe, but watch the "sensitivity" of the "content" :-)

Also.. can't give you a name offhand, - would need to check, but there are several operating out of Gibraltar. That location is probably the nearest you will get to offshore. (Still can be - really depends of how other background stuff is arranged.)

Offshore, most banks have theri own little interface and that is why there are not many "Gateways". Every bank wants their own thing used and it is usually stipped down, lacking fraud scrubbing, extensive reporting and all of the opther features that us and other well know US gateways offer. However, we do work with several offshore banks.

You may also want to check out WebTrade (www.webtrade.net) and enterpayment (www.enterpayment.de)... both have been around for a long time now... are located in Germany and speak english
