sorta.... was the only child until I was 5, then got a step brother.
Then got 2 half brothers when I was 14/16.
Now I have 4 other step brothers and a step sister.....
no pure blood siblings though. I have a weird family. -

I have a brother 8 years older than me. So when he moved out, I was pretty much the only child. They had much more time to be totally up my ass as a teenager. It sucked too cuz my parents were much older as parents than with my brother.Comment

I am an only child, from a single parent home. I love my mom to death, I can't imagine living without her.
My aunt played a very important role in my life and we were very close, sometimes I think about how my kids won't have an aunt or any cousins from my side of the family. Sort of sad.Comment

i might as well be an orphan because i dont talk to my family (things are better that way).
my mother got married when i was 5 and had my brother. i moved out at 19 and havent spoken to anyone in 12 years.
