my start button has vanished
 
windows is no doubt some shit program.

i lost my start button the one on the bottom left hand corner.

even their bloody windows integrated button isn't working from the keyboard

XP again a stable OS and bill gate's favorite feature:
control alt delete

does he press those when he is fucking and it aint working?

please tell me you didn't ctrl-alt-delete and killed explorer.exe in task manager's processes list? see if its there if not then click on aplications tab then "new task" and type explorer, it should give you ur desktop back.

another thing that could have happened if ur taskbar is hidden and was moved to some other side of the monitor :)

i didnt alt ctrl delete yet .

but it didnt help :Oh crap

Ctrl + alt + delete

and select "Explorer" from the processes list and click "end processs"

then click the "applications" tab

and click "new task"

then type in "explorer" and click ok

yeah i forgot, sometimes it can hang... i just dont have those problems often only when i allow others use my system..
