How to install DNS from scratch on a server?
 

I check my new server, and it doesn't have the DNS files installed

is there someplace I can get these files and configure them?

what operating system is it? If unix I think you just need to set up the zones

If you're on managed hosting, I recommend you have a sysadmin handle that for you.

get your host to do it.

lol, your own nameservers or theirs.. my bro might be able to hook you up today, hell I can do it but he pimps it out nice like with a diff dns [djb]

What software is already installed? Any control panels (plesk, cpanel)?
