What is the next TV SHOW you'd like to see on Nick At Nite?

Okay, so i admit it...myself and the rest of the late night crew at our Seattle offices like to keep Nick At Nite on in the background. Current line-up:

Rosanne
Fresh Prince
Cosby Show
Full House
Murphy Brown

I could do without the Murphy....

What show would you like to come in. I think its so cool now that shows I watched growing up and in highschool are the shows on Nick at Nite :thumbsup

Jace 10-13-2005 11:26 PM

Alf......

BlueWire 10-13-2005 11:28 PM

Oh, i forgot...they also have Who's the Boss...

i was never a big fan the first time around but its grown on me. I wouldnt mind it being swapped out.

I think they already had Alf at one time before this most recent batch. They also have had growing pains and cheers from the more current eras of tv

Murphy sucks, i agree. they'll probably get rid of that show soon though.
i'd like to see The Wonder Years :)

Rosanne - out
Fresh Prince - keep
Cosby Show- out
Full House - keep
Murphy Brown - never even seen

BiggleJones 10-13-2005 11:34 PM

I'd be down for some Gimme A Break or My Two Dads

They should bring WKRP in Cincinnati back instead of Murphy Brown.. They used to have WKRP on there around 6 years ago but took it off for some reason.

Cosby Show needs to go too IMO

Great call on the wonder years...they actually had it and i'm shocked that they took it off...

The first 3 seasons of roseanne i think were pretty awesome...the way they captured the typical middle class in a small town was awesome...They lost their focus though.

Cosby show is classic. Again its a show that earlier years were its best but i really think its good stuff. I really hope this doesnt come off as racist...cuz trust me i'm not....But it seems like their is a typical stereotype for "black" comedy. Cosby is refreshing because he found different ways to make people laugh that wasnt richard pryor, eddie murphy, chris rock, steve harvey, dave chapel run of the mill stuff. I feel like cosby is smarty comedy in his setups.

So...i say:

Cosby - In
Roseanne - In
Fresh Prince - In
Full House - In
Murphy Brown- Out
Who's the Boss - Out
Fatherhood (their cartoon that they air) - OUT
Funniest Mom in America- DEFFINITELY OUT
Hijinks - Nick At Nite's hidden camera show ---OUT OUT OUT PLEASE GOD OUT

Possible New In's:

Wonder Years
Home Improvement (too recent?)
Family Matters (too recent?)
Boy Meets WOrld (too recent and on disney and abc family already)

uggh, somebody help me out with some good early 90's shows...all the family friendly classics i liked are from mid to late 90's i think

Oh man, there's a schedule I could die for! I hate all this 80's sitcom stuff - I want the old classics. And Love American Style! Been dying for that and it's not even out on DVD. Voyage - I actually collect on that show, Lost in Space, Land of the Giants, the whole Irwin Allen lineup.

Only one change - instead of Combat - Rat Patrol = Leapin' Jeeps!
