There are 193 countries in the world and definately no shortage of banks.

You should talk to your accountant and/or lawyer, not gfy.

Like d00t says... and then speak with banks.

With CCBillEU, it's clear they are in the EU to trade with EU webmasters.

"Offshore banks" are an entirely different story and depends on your personal circumstances blah. On second thoughts... it's clear you have not talked to a lawyer or accountant - back to stage one first!

It's actually easier simply to fill in forms at a bank and costs nothing.

In several banks they can operate one account for you and under that is almost any currency in the world. This is retained in whatever currency (unless ya ask em to change it) and bottom line is a grand total in the account in X currency.. Euros, US$ or whatever.

The other bit that *may* be relevant for.. eg.. EU processing, is VISA's cross-border rules, - tho there are 101 ways to skin a cat legally.
