urgent- need tech support for national-net
 

does anyone have a tech support icq or email for these guys tech support.
i just moved a domain over to them, and all pages are showing a download window. not good.

They answer tickets and the phone in a matter of minutes... any time day or night.

actually the tickets take minutes... the phone is picked up by the 2nd ring. :winkwink:

Neither of us could beat them at answering the phone..... I LOVE National Net.... been with them since the begining. Plus they send cool xmas gifts!

i rang but they can't help me, coz i am hosted through a sponsor.
but i managed to get through to the sponsor now though, so they can hopefully get it sorted.
