Anyone having trouble with ePass AGAIN ??
 

Fucking hangs forever on login for me AGAIN.

I assume in a while it will begin to work and there will be a message that says they are doing one of their unplanned, seemingly daily, maintenance operations.

Of course support claims to have no clue that something is wrong AGAIN and want me to check all of my settings :1orglaugh

I just logged in and checked my balance with no problem.

ast : personal or biz account or mixed? maybe its a problem with biz only?

It was hanging for me, wouldn't log in so I left it like that just hanging for about 5 minutes and then it loaded the error.

damn that sucks, I looked at the posts but its not just US, EU based ppl have trouble as well... I logged in n out 3 times worked fine, so its not theyre restricting logins.

Weird. Pretty annoying too. Maybe someone you can trust ask to login for you? Different ISP etc

I put a call in and they still deny any problem.

It's after 8:00 now and I think the lead techs are in, maybe not until 9:00. I'm gonna call them now anyway.
