I love magic but how the fuck does Chris Angel and Daved Blaine do some of that shit. like guess what people are thinking etc.

I'm watching Mind Freak right now on A&E.

Chris is truly amazing to put it mildly. And even if it is all based on illusion like many say its still amazing.

Search the net. There are some interesting sites about those two and their "magic"...

I saw a site that exposed how Blaine did the levitation. I tried it myself in front of a mirror and it actually looked pretty decent.

Blaine is a hack.... and that Chris has gotta be satan.

sorry... did not pay attention. you see the one foot raising level but the other foot is pushing from the toe while keeping both heels evenly together. that creates an illusion that both feet are rising together.

if you watch blaine do this, you will notice he makes everyone get behind him and at the right angle so they dont see the foot that is pushing off the ground.

anyway... its not a big deal. just a simple illusion.

I'll tell you, I have been studding magic for many years, which has ruined it for me a little since I can figure alot of tricks out, but honestly I have no fucking idea what he does in about 90% of his tricks, he takes older tricks and takes them a step beyond anything most magicians have ever done. He is an amazing Illusionist!

I think Chris is the real deal with some incredible powers.

I think he has partial abilities but to think that would be crazy.
I mean there has to be a logical explanation for what he does. I think there's certain instances where they use video editing and special effects to make the trick seem more dramatic.

Did you guys see the one where he walked through the guy's office glass window? There's no way that is possible, even if he was a fucking alien. Then he walked down a building, levitated a few feet off the ground with boot feet in the air. Some of it is just not possible.

I do believe he lifted the taxi cab. I do believe he has extra sensory senses (ability to read a person). But I don't know about the other shit he does.

Apart from his mind reading ability, what I also admire about David Blaine is his ability to float on air! Damn, that man rocks! :thumbsup
