Anyone know DJ software?

Im looking for some freeware, just so i can mess around with something.

instead of burning an entire song to a cd, i want to just burn like 60 seconds of a beat that i like, from each song.

So i need a program that allows me to cut up a song, and then combine the peices.

Another issue im having is that i need it to be capable of working with .wma files, because i have tons of them.

If anyone could help id appreciate it, im running a google search also but i hoped maybe someone here knew about this stuff.
