there was a woman a little while back in Oklahoma that got busted for the same thing. she would throw parties where they sold vibes and dildos and lubs and stuff and they sent in an undercover cop to one of these parties and arrested her because she didn't make it clear that the toys were for "novelty" use only.

However, prosecutors said the law is the law, and that anyone caught in possession of six or more adult toys deemed obscene by the law is presumed to be promoting them and could be arrested.

Although Escalante has said he was only a store clerk, prosecutors have said he was a store manager, meaning he was in possession of all of the products being sold in the store.


OK, now this is very fucked up to be using tax payer's law enforcement resources to arrest a store clerk for selling vibrators.
